Application period – Mid-December, 2024 – Mid-January, 2025
Summer Immersion Dates – June 2nd, 2025 – July 25th, 2025

Application Timeline
December— Distinction Track Application Form Opens in RedCap
NOTE: SSRP Applicants will not be able to view faculty proposals until February 2025
Mid-January — Application Deadline for LINC, Medical Education, Service-Learning Distinction Tracks, & Summer Scholars Research Program (SSRP)
February-March — Interviews for LINC, Medical Education, & Service-Learning. SSRP match with mentors. SSRP—Detailed information about the process of matching with a mentor will be sent at a later date.
Late March — Notification of Acceptance for LINC, Medical Education, & Service-Learning Tracks
Early April — Deadline for Applicant to Accept/Deny Offer for LINC, Medical Education, and Service- Learning Distinction Tracks, target date for student/mentor matches for SSRP.
Application Process Information
- All applicants must be in good academic standing as confirmed by promotion and review to be eligible to participate in the Distinction Track Programs or Summer Scholars Research Program.
- Applicants will complete an application form via RedCap. NOTE: Please limit your applications to TWO programs.
- Instructions on how to apply to the Distinction Track programs and SSRP will be sent via email following the interest meeting.
