In 2019, OFALD initiated the Mentoring Advice Program (MAP) to promote the career development and advancement of junior faculty at the Assistant Professor level at Brody. The objective of the program is to support and retain junior faculty.
MAP provides mentees workshop programming on personal and professional development from September through May. Participants in the program are paired with mentors.
