Faculty Factory Just in Time Teaching (JiTT)

We provide large and small group programming for faculty and staff on education, research, and professional development topics.

All faculty who are joining BSOM are offered a one-on-one onboarding interview to provide resources to and learn more about new faculty.

We meet with faculty at all ranks, as well as staff, to provide mentorship, guidance, and assistance with career planning.

When necessary, our office also attempts to resolve inquiries and concerns of faculty and staff at BSOM.

All faculty who are departing or retiring are offered the opportunity for exit interviews, in an effort to improve our departments and gain a better understanding of the experiences of faculty at BSOM. To schedule an exit interview, please contact Allison Flowers at 252-744-2870.
