Education
Dr. Shaundreal Jamison is a general pediatrician and assistant professor. She received her medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2013. After her Pediatrics residency, she went on to receive a Master of Public Health Degree and complete training in Preventive Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill. She has been on faculty at BSOM since 2018.

Dr. Jamison currently serves as the Department Outpatient Medical Director for General Pediatrics. In this role, she works to improve health outcomes for children in Eastern NC by ensuring high quality patient – centered care within the medical home. Her research thus far has centered on reducing health disparities, particularly in the pediatric population, and on workforce diversity. In her free time, Dr. Jamison enjoys spending time with her family and binge-watching her favorite shows.
