Reunion Weekend

Join us in Greenville as we celebrate the Alumni of ECU Brody School of Medicine! This special weekend will provide numerous opportunities to reconnect with old friends and classmates, interact and network with current medical students, and explore the vibrant campus and town. It’s a fantastic occasion to honor the achievements of fellow Alumni and engage with the medical community.

The 2023 Brody School of Medicine Alumni Reunion Weekend is scheduled for September 29th – 30th, 2023. Celebrating milestone years for Class of 2018, 2013, 2008, 2003, 1998, 1993, 1988, 1983 & 1973 with special acknowledgement of recent graduates of Class of 2023. Registration will go live on July 13th and will close on Sept 15th.

Weekend Highlights

Friday, September 29

Dress: Business Casual

4:00 – 4:45p.m.: Tours

6:30 – 8:30p.m.: Cocktail Social & Awards Recognition
Recognizing the milestone years from Class of 1973, 1983, 1988, 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013, and 2018 with acknowledgment of recent graduates from Class of 2023!

9:00 pm SNMA Meet-Up (all are invited) – location TBA

Saturday, September 30

Dress: Business Casual

10:00 – 11:00a.m.: Coffee & Chat with the Dean and Favorite Faculty (light breakfast sponsored by BSOM Alumni Council)

11:15a.m. – 12:15p.m.: Tours

12:30 – 2:30p.m.: Networking Luncheon with students including research posters display from Distinction Tracks

2:30 – 3:30p.m.: Tours

5:00 – 6:00p.m.: Distinction Track Alumni & Student Gathering (tentative with enough interest)

For evening activities, Alumni are encouraged to explore Greenville with their classmates.

After that date, the discounted rate will no longer be available.

For those that wish to call and make their reservations, they may call the property directly at (252) 355-5000 and reference Group Code: BRODY for the discount Guest Room Rate of $179.00 plus taxes per night. Last day for the group to make their reservations is September 10, 2023. After that date, the discounted rate will no longer be available.

Residence Inn by Marriott (reserve on or before 9/12)

The discount guest room rate of $132.00 plus taxes per night (includes a hot buffet breakfast). Last day for the group to make their reservations is September 12, 2023.
