We are an interdisciplinary team of professionals who have trained in the following disciplines: biomedical sciences, education, psychology, student affairs/college counseling, clinical mental health counseling, and writing.
We view ourselves as a unique community of support specialists and scholar-practitioners who:
- utilize best practices to inform our work with learners
- apply and expand knowledge of learner support practice
- endeavor to share our work internally and externally to the Brody community through collaboration and creation of scholarly products that stimulate inquiry, offer solutions for challenges and create positive change in the learning environment
- individually and collectively hold ourselves accountable for reflecting on the impact of our work to ensure our own lifelong learning
