USMLE Step 1 Coaching

OSSaW provides academic support for learners preparing for USMLE Step 1 through a coaching approach that emphasizes self-assessment, personalized planning, skill building, and performance improvement.

Step1 Peer Advisors consist of students in the third or fourth year of the Brody curriculum who work along with OSSaW support professionals.

Advisors assist with concerns related to time management, study planning, study and testing effectiveness, and those that may arise during dedicated study. Additionally, Advisors help to monitor the progress of learner goals and provide supportive feedback. Peer Advisors work under the supervision of OSSaW team members.
