Students who believe they have been subjected to conduct prohibited under Title IX, including sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, stalking and sexual harassment, may report such misconduct or file a formal complaint with the East Carolina University Title IX Coordinator in The Department for People Operations, Success, and Opportunity (POSO).
