Interviews

Two individual interviews conducted by members of the Admissions Committee are an integral part of the evaluation of applicants. Interviews will be requested of selected applicants after review of their completed application files, since the number of applicants who can be interviewed is limited. These interviews allow members of the Admissions Committee to become better acquainted with the applicants, while allowing the applicants to meet members of the faculty and student body, see the educational facilities, and learn more about the Brody School of Medicine.

Interviews are typically conducted daily September through February. While the volume of scheduled interviews makes it difficult to change assigned interview dates, the Admissions Office staff will make every effort to re-schedule applicants who have unavoidable conflicts.

Interviews will continue virtually for the 2024-2025 application cycle. The Webex video conferencing platform is used for the interview day. We highly recommend downloading the free software interface and testing prior to the interview day. More information on Webex can be found at https://www.webex.com/.

The day consists of two individual interviews, and a brief information session with leadership from the Office of Admissions. Applicants will also have the opportunity to have a Q&A session with current students. We encourage you to review information about Brody School of Medicine prior to your interview day so that any clarifying questions can be addressed.
